目的研究不同种类脑膜炎患儿脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值。方法选择2012年3月—2013年5月绍兴第二医院收治的108例疑似脑膜炎患儿作为研究对象,根据检查结果,其中19例非脑膜炎患儿作为对照组,化脓性脑膜炎组(即化脑组)45例,结核性脑膜炎组(即结脑组)21例,另外23例为病毒性脑膜炎患儿(即病脑组)。测定并对比各组患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量,分析计算其含量比值。结果病脑组患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化脑组与结脑组脑脊液及血浆中蛋白含量比值明显高于对照组,而糖含量比值明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。化脑组氯化物含量比值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结脑组氯化物含量比值较其他组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论对脑膜炎患者脑脊液及血浆中蛋白、糖以及氯化物含量比值进行计算,对于诊断脑膜炎较为准确,且其简单经济,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the ratio of protein, sugar and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma in children with different types of meningitis. Methods From March 2012 to May 2013, 108 children with suspected meningitis admitted to the Second Hospital of Shaoxing were enrolled. The protein content of cerebrospinal fluid and plasma in the brain group was significantly higher than that in the control group , While the ratio of sugar content was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the chloride content in the brain group (P> 0.05). The chloride content in the brain group was significantly lower than that in the other groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The calculation of the ratio of protein, carbohydrate and chloride in cerebrospinal fluid and plasma in patients with meningitis is more accurate for the diagnosis of meningitis, and it is simple and economical, which is worth popularizing and applying.
