目的观察优泌乐25、阿卡波糖联合强化生活方式干预治疗血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法将医院内分泌科治疗的血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病患者60例随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组患者给予优泌乐25、阿卡波糖联合强化生活方式干预治疗,对照组仅给予优泌林70/30治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、体质量指数(BMI)水平、胰岛素平均用量和治疗期间低血糖发生情况。结果治疗前2组FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c、BMI水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c水平均降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后BMI显著低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后BMI水平无差异(P>0.05)。试验组胰岛素平均用量、低血糖发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优泌乐25、阿卡波糖联合强化生活方式治疗血糖控制不佳的肥胖2型糖尿病有效控制了血糖水平,减少了胰岛素用量,减小了血糖波动,安全性较好,提高了患者治疗的依从性,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Uehara 25 and acarbose combined with intensive lifestyle intervention on obese type 2 diabetic patients with poorly controlled blood glucose. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes with poor glycemic control who were treated by the hospital endocrinology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each. Patients in the experimental group were given Yueshi Le 25 and Acarbose combined with intensive lifestyle intervention, while those in the control group were only treated with Euclidean 70/30. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h PG, Hb A1c, body mass index (BMI), average insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycaemia during the treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1c and BMI between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2h PG and Hb A1c in two groups were decreased (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The BMI of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group before and after treatment (P <0.05), while the BMI level of the control group before and after treatment was no difference (P> 0.05). The average insulin dosage and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ucrets of 25, acarbose combined with lifestyle-enhancing treatment of obese type 2 diabetes with poorly controlled blood glucose can effectively control the blood sugar level, reduce the amount of insulin, reduce the fluctuations of blood glucose, better safety and improve patient treatment Compliance, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
