目的观察紫外线在直饮水机中的杀菌效果。方法采用膜过滤定量试验法,对直饮水机中紫外线杀菌效果和过滤除菌效果进行了检测。结果直饮水机中安装1支11 W紫外线灯,出水速度为2 L/min,对水中大肠杆菌的杀菌率为99.94%~99.95%。直饮水机中经过载银活性碳滤芯和孔径2μm的微滤膜过滤,出水速度为2 L/min,对水中大肠杆菌除菌率为49.46%~50.61%。直饮水机中经紫外线照射和过滤除菌,对大肠杆菌的总除菌率为99.97%。结论直饮水机对水中细菌清除效果可以达到饮水标准要求,除菌作用主要因子为紫外线,过滤系统除菌率仅为50%左右。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of UV in drinking fountains. Methods Membrane filtration quantitative test method was used to test the effect of ultraviolet disinfection and filter sterilization in direct drinking fountains. Results The straight drinking fountains installed a 11 W UV lamp, the water velocity of 2 L / min, the E. coli in water sterilization rate of 99.94% to 99.95%. Direct drinking fountains through the silver-loaded activated carbon filter and the filter 2μm pore size microfiltration membrane, the water velocity of 2 L / min, E. coli bacteria in water removal rate was 49.46% ~ 50.61%. Direct drinking fountains in the UV irradiation and filter sterilization, the total removal of E. coli bacteria was 99.97%. Conclusion Direct drinking fountains can achieve the standard of drinking water for the removal of bacteria in water, the main factor of sterilization is ultraviolet light, and the filtration rate of the filtration system is only about 50%.
