Ganji town is located in the central Sicily, Italy, it backed by the snow-capped mountains, the face of pastures, beautiful scenery, is a good place for leisure. Recently, Ganji town government decided to foreign “sale ” 20 hilltop vacant houses, some severely damaged or even sell only 1 euro (about 8 yuan). The reason why the local government did so was because homeowners were not able to pay for the maintenance of their houses, and the town now urgently needs external investment to revive its economy. However, in spite of the low price of the home, the buyer must pay the government a guarantee of 5,000 euros for the repair of the house in order to obtain the right to buy. At the same time, it costs about 35,000 euros for renovation.
