为研究荞麦叶总黄酮 (TFBL)的镇痛抗炎作用 ,用热板法和化学刺激法观察TFBL对小鼠的镇痛作用 ,用二甲苯 (Xylene)致小鼠耳水肿 ,醋酸诱发小鼠毛细血管通透性增高 ,棉球包埋致小鼠肉芽肿形成观察TFBL的抗炎作用。结果 :TFBL灌胃 (ig .) 0 15 g·kg-1·d-1和 0 3g·kg-1·d-1能明显延长小鼠热刺激的痛阈值 (P <0 0 1)和明显减少醋酸刺激小鼠腹膜的扭体次数 (P <0 0 1) ;与对照组相比 ,TFBL均能明显减轻肉芽肿的形成 ,降低毛细血管通透性的增高和抑制耳肿 ,其两个剂量的TFBL组抑制率分别为 18 9%和 30 9%、2 4 7%和 34 6 %及5 0 2 6 %和 5 6 6 7%。显示TFBL具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用。
In order to study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of total flavonoids of buckwheat leaves (TFBL), the analgesic effect of TFBL on mice was observed by hot plate method and chemical stimulation method. Xylene-induced mouse ear edema was induced by acetic acid. Increased capillary permeability, granuloma formation induced by embedding in cotton balls was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of TFBL. RESULTS: TFBL gavage (ig.) 0 15 g·kg-1·d-1 and 0 3 g·kg-1·d-1 significantly prolonged thermal stimulus pain threshold (P <0 01) and apparently The number of writhing of peritoneal membrane in mice stimulated by acetic acid was reduced (P < 0 01). Compared with the control group, TFBL can significantly reduce the formation of granuloma, reduce the increase of capillary permeability and inhibit ear swelling. The inhibitory rates of the dose of TFBL group were 18 9% and 30 9%, 24 7% and 346%, and 5026% and 566 7%, respectively. TFBL is shown to have significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
