在高效能陆军飞机的主要结构件中,钛是一种可取的材料。同高强铝合金相比,它提供了较长的疲劳寿命与抗蚀性能。但是,资本主义世界的通货膨胀正袭击着钛及其生产成本,引起了飞机骨架成本的提高。因此迫切需要考虑改变其制造方法,包括改善材料的使用效果或增加生产速度在内的对降低成本具有潜力的新措施。
Titanium is a desirable material in the main structural parts of high-performance Army aircraft. Compared with high-strength aluminum alloy, it provides a longer fatigue life and corrosion resistance. However, inflation in the capitalist world is attacking titanium and its production costs, raising the cost of the aircraft’s skeleton. There is an urgent need to consider new ways to reduce the cost of changing their manufacturing methods, including improving material use or increasing production rates.
