目的:探讨医学影像软件SurgiCase 5.0在肝脏外科中的应用价值。方法:收集近半年来收治的10例原发性肝癌患者的128排螺旋CT扫描图象。将CT断层图象文件导入SurgiCase 5.0中进行三维重建。利用所得的肝癌三维模型设计手术方案,并与术中结果对比。结果:10例模型可视化效果满意,可以任意转换视角,清晰显示肝肿瘤及其与肝内管道的空间关系,且与术中所见基本匹配。10例肝癌患者经软件所测预计肝脏切除体积为(490.10±185.87)mL;实际肝脏切除体积平均值为(464.40±169.51)mL,误差率7.1%,两值呈高度正相关(r=0.993,P<0.01)。结论:SurgiCase 5.0可为复杂肝癌切除提供术前参考,有利于正确选择手术方案并降低手术风险。
Objective: To investigate the value of medical imaging software SurgiCase 5.0 in liver surgery. Methods: A total of 10 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated by 128-slice spiral CT scan were collected during the past six months. CT tomography image file into SurgiCase 5.0 for three-dimensional reconstruction. The three-dimensional model of liver cancer was used to design the surgical plan, and compared with the intraoperative results. Results: The visualization results of 10 cases were satisfied. The visual angle of the model can be changed arbitrarily, and the spatial relationship between the liver tumor and its intrahepatic duct can be clearly shown, and it basically matches with the intraoperative findings. The average volume of resected liver was (464.40 ± 169.51) mL and the error rate was 7.1%. The two values were highly correlated (r = 0.993, P <0.01). Conclusion: SurgiCase 5.0 can provide preoperative reference for the resection of complicated liver cancer, which is helpful for the correct choice of surgical procedure and the reduction of surgical risk.
