本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,对氟代苯基荧光酮与锗的反应。制定了一种简单,高灵敏度和高选择性测定锗的方法。本反应在强酸性介质中进行(1.2mol/L H_2SO_4+0.6mol/LH_3PO_4),络合物的最大吸收位于505nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。在25ml溶液中,锗量在0~7μg范围内遵守比耳定律。绝大多数金属离子不干扰锗的测定。本法可不经分离而应用于矿物岩石中锗的直接测定。
This article studies the reaction of fluorophenylfluorone with germanium in the presence of CTMAB. A simple, sensitive and highly selective method for the determination of germanium has been developed. The reaction was carried out in a strongly acidic medium (1.2mol / L H 2 SO 4 + 0.6mol / LH 3 PO 4). The maximum absorption of the complex was at 505nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.5 × 10 ~ 5L · mol -1 ~ (-1). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 7μg germanium in 25ml solution. The vast majority of metal ions do not interfere with the determination of germanium. This method can be applied to the direct determination of germanium in mineral rock without separation.
