不可否认,在人类所拥有的各种丰富的资源之中,人力资源作为一种近几十年才被重视的资源起着异常重要的作用,它已经成为现代管理的核心。在任何一个组织中,人力资源的有效激励机制可以最大限度地调动工作人员的积极性和创造力,从而能够超额、超水平完成工作量。本文从公共组织人力资源激励机制的重要作用谈起,认真分析了目前人力资源激励机制存在的问题,并提出解决这些问题的具体对策。
