武钢工业港主要是承担经水运进厂的大宗散状原料的接卸任务,现有五座散货码头,设计能力为300万吨/年,所采用的卸船工艺与长江沿线斜坡式码头相似,由双浮吊受料漏斗到斗下受料皮带,再通过皮带运输系统,将矿石输送到料场双翼堆料机打堆贮存,或直接装火车运往各生产厂。近几年,由于武钢的钢铁产量以每年5%的增产速度递增,其水运到货量也同步增长,这就给原设计能力本来就不能满足生产需求的工业港码头带来更大的压力。长航矿驳在港待卸船只经常出现“驼峰”,最高曾出现压船110条的纪录,严重地影响了长江船舶的周转。针对这个问题,我港对原卸船工
