[目的]了解农村留守人员艾滋病相关知识和态度现状,探索适合农村流动人口及其留守家属预防控制艾滋病的有效的干预模式。[方法]采用随机整群抽样原则,抽取15~59岁的家中有流动人口的居民783人进行面对面问卷调查。[结果]留守人员获得艾滋病相关知识的主要来源是电视、广播、邻居和朋友,对艾滋病主要传播途径的知晓率达到69%以上,但对蚊虫叮咬不传播艾滋病的知晓率较低(﹤31%),对艾滋病病毒感染者存在恐惧心理。对艾滋病基本知识的知晓率男性高于女性(P﹤0.001),随年龄的增长,知晓率逐渐降低(P﹤0.05)。仅22.1%人群认为外出务工者处于感染艾滋病的危险中。大部分人认为对外出务工人员的艾滋病宣传教育有必要,并愿意与外出务工人员交流艾滋病相关知识。[结论]农村留守人员对艾滋病防治知识的认识水平有待进一步提高。需进一步加强艾滋病知识的健康教育,开展形式多样的宣传活动,强化大众媒体宣传力度,开展面对面的宣传教育,切实提高艾滋病防治知识,遏制艾滋病在农村居民中的流行和蔓延。
[Objective] To understand the status quo of AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes among left-behind people in rural areas and to explore effective intervention modes suitable for the prevention and control of AIDS among rural migrants and their left-behind families. [Methods] According to the principle of random cluster sampling, 783 residents with floating population from 15 to 59 years old were sampled for face-to-face questionnaire survey. [Results] The main sources of AIDS-related knowledge of left-behind people were television, radio, neighbors and friends. The rate of awareness about the main route of transmission of AIDS was over 69%, but the awareness of mosquito bites not spreading AIDS was lower (<31% ), There is fear of HIV infection. The awareness rate of basic knowledge about AIDS was higher in males than in females (P <0.001). With the increase of age, the awareness rate gradually decreased (P <0.05). Only 22.1% of the migrant workers think the migrant workers are at risk of becoming infected with AIDS. Most people think it is necessary to educate migrant workers about AIDS and are willing to exchange HIV / AIDS related knowledge with migrant workers. [Conclusion] The level of awareness of left-behind people in HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment needs to be further improved. It is necessary to further strengthen the health education on HIV / AIDS knowledge, carry out various publicity activities, strengthen publicity efforts in the mass media, carry out face-to-face publicity and education, effectively raise HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge and curb the spread and spread of AIDS among rural residents.
