根据传播学理论,传播现象一般被分为自我传播、人际传播、组织传播和大众传播四类。组织传播是指组织与内部成员之间、组织与外部社会之间的信息交流活动;组织目标的确立、组织活动的实施、分工合作的协调、对外关系的联络与调整,都离不开组织传播活动。可以说,组织传播的过程,就是组织形成与发展的过程。
According to the theory of communication, the phenomenon of communication is generally divided into four categories: self-communication, interpersonal communication, organization communication and mass communication. Organizational communication means the exchange of information between the organization and internal members and between the organization and the external society. The establishment of organizational goals, the implementation of organizational activities, the coordination of division of labor and cooperation, the liaison and adjustment of external relations can not be separated activity. It can be said that the process of organizational communication, that is, the formation and development of the organization.
