本案例就惠州某中职学校数控班一廖胜学生为例,该生由于对自我及现阶段的职场认识不足有所偏差,从而导致对未来从事的职业方向出现模糊。在职业指导人员的的帮助及指导下,该生从对未来职业的迷茫实现就业,乃至最后成功实现创业。
The case of a secondary vocational school in Huizhou NC Liao Sheng students, for example, the students due to the self and at this stage lack of understanding of the workplace bias, resulting in a vague career direction for the future. With the help and guidance of the career guidance staff, the student achieves employment from the confusion of the future career and finally succeeds in starting a business.
