近年来对各类有机化合物在高效液相色谱(HPLC)C_(18)键合硅胶柱上的保留作用已有不少研究,提出了吸附及分配作用的各种机理。有机磷化合物的HPLC研究也有些报道,但由于所研究的化合物类型与结构所限,尚不能总结出化学结构对保留作用的规律性。 本文主要报道多种类型及不同取代基结构的烃基磷(膦)酸酯,包括:甲基磷酸二烷基酯(l)、烷基膦酸二正己酯(2)、异构辛基膦酸二丁酯(3)、烷基酸单正己酯(4)、亚磷酸三烷基酯(5)、亚磷酸二烷基酯(6)及苯基亚膦酸单酯(7)的合成及其在液相色谱中的行为。
In recent years, various kinds of organic compounds have been studied on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) C_ (18) bonded silica gel columns.
