莠去津是农田广泛应用的内吸性高效除草剂,通过研究莠去津对糜子生长发育的影响,探讨其在糜子上的安全性及适宜的施用剂量。在糜子播后苗前、1~2叶期、3~4叶期、5~6叶期等4个时期,喷施不同浓度的莠去津,对处理后糜子的形态和生理指标的影响进行研究,结果表明,播后土壤封闭对糜子生长影响最小的浓度是1 700~2 080g a.i/hm2。在苗期的3个处理时期,3~4叶期处理对糜子的生长发育影响最小,1~2叶期次之,5~6叶期最敏感,3~4叶期是苗期处理的适宜时期,适宜处理浓度为1 420~1 700g a.i/hm2。不同浓度莠去津在不同时期对不同性状影响程度分析表明,蒸腾速率反应最为敏感,其次是鲜重,叶绿素含量和株高则相对迟钝,因此,蒸腾速率和鲜重可考虑作为糜子试验莠去津敏感性的测定指标。
Atrazine is widely used in farmland absorption efficient herbicides, by studying the impact of atrazine on the growth of millet, to explore its safety in millet and the appropriate dose. The analysis of the influence of different concentrations of atrazine on the different traits in different periods showed that transpiration rate was the most sensitive, followed by fresh weight, chlorophyll content and plant height were relatively slow, so transpiration rate and fresh weight can be considered as the experimental Tianjin sensitivity of the indicators.
