四川省绵阳市城区涪江防洪堤工程,河滩采砂现象严重,形成较厚的软土地基,且修建工期较短。文章通过对软土地基处理方案的比较研究,选择了放缓堤坡+土工合成材料的技术处理方案对软土地基进行处理,较好地解决了在较短工期下软土地基城市防洪堤的修建难题,在类似地质条件、修建工期较短的城市防洪堤可供借鉴。该防洪堤经过近6 a的运行,情况良好。
