“电工电子”实验在教学中占有很重要的地位,它在培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力方面,有着其它教学环节不可替代的作用。而高校的实验技术队伍的建设在部分高校中仍然是薄弱环节。关于如何提高“电工电子”实验教学质量,笔者认为可以从三个方面入手:首先要提高实验指导教师业务的精通与熟练程度,它是提高实验教学质量的根本保证;其次要从“验证”创新入手,激活“思维”是实验教学培养应用型、创新型人才的基本目标;第三要加强与兄弟院校“同行”的合作与交流,是提高实验教学质量的有效途径。
