本文介绍笔者开发的数控插补模拟实现控制系统。主机将NC数控代码转换成串口通信数据,再利用MSComm控件将编码数据从串口发送至下位机;从机控制系统使用教学中常用的MCS-51单片机,在主机的控制下,能完成直线和圆弧插补,实现纵向和横向步进电机的两轴联动。论文还介绍了步进电机驱动电路及其控制系统、从机与PC的串行接口等内容。本系统适合教学演示、算法验证、科学研究等使用。
This article describes the author developed numerical control interpolation simulation control system. The host computer converts the NC numerical code into the serial communication data, and then sends the encoded data from the serial port to the lower computer by using the MSComm control. The slave computer control system uses the MCS-51 single-chip computer commonly used in teaching, under the control of the host computer, Arc interpolation, vertical and horizontal stepper motor to achieve two-axis linkage. The paper also introduced the stepper motor drive circuit and its control system, the slave and PC serial interface and so on. This system is suitable for teaching demonstration, algorithm verification, scientific research and so on.
