“阳光工程”是贵州省在自身实际情况的基础上探索出的社区戒毒新模式。“阳光工程”自实施以来,通过各种途径安置戒毒康复人员,有效地提高了戒毒康复人员管控率,降低了戒毒康复人员复吸率。然而,在“阳光工程”的实施中,还存在规划目标不明确、制度不健全等问题。“阳光工程”的法治化将为这些问题的解决提供一种有效的思路,进而推进省内社区戒毒工作的进一步发展。 “Sunshine Project ” is a new model of community drug treatment explored by Guizhou Province on the basis of its own actual conditions. Since the implementation of “Sunshine Project”, drug rehabilitation personnel have been placed in various ways to effectively improve the control rate of drug rehabilitation workers and reduce the rate of resuscitation among drug rehabilitation workers. However, in the implementation of “Sunshine Project”, there are still some problems such as the ambiguous planning objectives and the unsoundness of the system. The rule of law in Sunshine Project will provide an effective way of solving these problems and further promote the further development of community drug rehabilitation in the province.
