目的:观察水通道蛋白-4(AQP4)在大鼠眼虹膜睫状体及视网膜组织中的分布。方法:取6只正常Wist-ar大鼠眼组织切片,行免疫组织化学染色,光镜下观察AQP4的分布。结果:睫状体上皮细胞AQP4呈阳性表达,睫状体及虹膜内血管内皮细胞均有AQP4阳性表达,视网膜内核层及神经节细胞层也可见AQP4阳性表达。结论:AQP4在大鼠睫状体上皮细胞及视网膜内核层、神经节细胞层分布,可能参与房水调节及神经节水代谢功能调节。
Objective: To observe the distribution of aquaporin-4 (AQP4) in the rat iris ciliary body and the retina. Methods: Six normal Wist-ar rats were used for ocular tissue sections. Immunohistochemical staining and AQP4 distribution were observed under light microscope. Results: The expression of AQP4 in ciliary body epithelial cells was positive. The expression of AQP4 was positive in both ciliary body and inner iris, and the expression of AQP4 was also observed in the inner retina and ganglion cells. CONCLUSION: The distribution of AQP4 in rat ciliary body epithelial cells, inner retina nucleus and ganglion cell layers may be involved in the regulation of aqueous humor and the metabolic regulation of ganglion water metabolism.
