本文通过观察在预约披露日期前后各十个交易日股票价格的变化,采用事件分析方法来分析股票市场的变化与预约披露时滞之间的关系,进而说明预约披露制度对股票市场的影响。 By observing the changes of the stock prices on the ten trading days before and after the appointment date, this paper analyzes the relationship between the change of the stock market and the time lag of appointment disclosure by means of event analysis, and then illustrates the impact of the appointment disclosure system on the stock market.
