关于已经合资了30多年的中国汽车合资股比争议,又有了最新的进展,整车合资股比放开,似乎等来了一线希望。7月19日,国务院发文将四大自易区作为试点,发放外商投资白名单,摩托车、电池行业允许外商独资,整车企业尚不在此次放开名单中。业内普遍将此视为整车合资股比放开的前奏。对于股比放开,赞同者有之,反对者亦同样有之。就在近日,中国汽车工业协会(中汽协)与几大国有汽车集团联合表示,明确反对放开汽车合资股比。
With regard to the controversy over the JV shares of Chinese vehicles that have been jointly invested for more than 30 years, the latest progress has been made. July 19, the State Council issued a document to the four largest free trade zone as a pilot issue of white list of foreign investment, motorcycle, battery industry to allow wholly foreign-owned, vehicle companies are yet to release the list. The industry generally view this as a prelude to the vehicle joint venture shares than the release. As for the opening of the share ratio, there is agreement between those who oppose the same. Just recently, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) and several major state-owned automobile groups jointly expressed their clear opposition to let go of automobile joint-stock ratio.
