鄂尔多斯东胜气田杭锦旗区块的井漏机理主要是断层、破碎区带、纵横向天然微裂缝、层理发育、岩性胶结性较差、结构力薄弱。采用常规堵漏工艺时,大颗粒材料附着在井壁无法进入地层,小颗粒堵漏材料虽能进入地层,但与地层的胶结力和自身的结构力不够,导致了“进得去站不住”现象,可控膨胀堵漏剂(简称KPD)具备了“架桥驻留、锁水膨胀、胶结封堵、系列可控”性能,满足了不同的漏失形态的需要。堵漏剂采用了机械化配制混拌、罐装拉运,加之固井车装备的改进拓展应用,全部集约了较高的机械化程度,实现了高校快捷堵漏,根据堵漏需要等量配制堵漏浆不存在残留堵漏浆排放,大幅度缓解了环保压力,降低了劳动强度。
