碘是人体必要的一种元素,它体内参与合成甲状腺素,每一个甲状腺素分子中含有四个碘原子。缺碘会导致甲状腺机能亢进,引起甲状腺肿大。本文利用微量碘对砷(Ⅲ)-铈(Ⅳ)氧化还原反应的催化作用,以番木鳖碱为抑制剂和显色剂,直接测定它与经一定的反应时间后剩余量的铈(Ⅳ)所形成的红色配合物的吸光度,以此吸光度的对数值对碘含量作图即得标准曲线。测定范围为0—4ng·ml~(-1),相对标准偏差为1.11%,平均回收率为98.5%。
