小田来信:前不久,我的工友小刘在工作中感觉机台漏电,就停下来等机修工检修。主任过来检查工作时以小刘消极怠工为由,不容分说是一顿大骂。小刘很不服气,便和车间主任争执起来。车间主任认为小刘这是不服从管理,并恶意冒犯自己。为树立自身威信,第二天强令小刘自画花脸上班一上午。尽管我们大家对车间主任这种行为很不满意,也很有意见,但却敢怒不敢言。请问:对车间主任这种肆意侮辱员工的行为应该怎么办?答复:在有的企业里,个别管理者由于法律意识淡薄,认为想怎么管就怎么管,想怎么办就怎么办,滋生了一些侮辱员工的行为。而那些受其侮辱的员工同样由于缺乏维权意识,只好忍气吞声,逆来顺受。在这里首先需要指出的是,企业管理者侮辱员工是违法行为,是决不允许的。
