孕16~18周母血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量≥2.5MoM(中位数的倍数)大约仅3%为正常胎儿,而异常妊娠无脑儿占90%,开放性脊柱裂80%,前腹壁缺损40%。本研究测定了孕10~14周无脑儿及脐膨出胎儿母血清AFP值,目的是了解在此孕周AFP是否升高。 在10~14周测定了超声筛查出来的畸形儿[9例无脑儿,7例脐膨出(内含肝脏),2例脊柱裂胎儿]的母血清APF值以及100例正常对照组孕妇血清AFP值。采用敏感的放免测
