随着酒店与旅游业的快速发展,职业院校也将酒店与旅游管理专业人才培养作为重要战略,以培养符合社会发展需要的酒店旅游管理高技能人才为主要目标,在人才培养的过程中职业院校应该根据职业教育的特点和酒店与旅游管理专业人才培养的标准和要求,采取一些针对性的策略,只有这样才能提高职业教育水平。本文根据现有的研究资料,详细论述了职业院校酒店与旅游管理专业发展概况,在此基础上就酒店与旅游管理专业人才培养的策略提出了一些建议,以期能够给职业院校的教育教学提供一些帮助。
