生产过剩可以分为局部的生产过剩和普遍的生产过剩,产能过剩是一个与生产过剩完全不同的概念,通常发生在某类特殊商品或某些特定行业中,但它们本质上都属于产品过剩的范畴。中国部分行业的产能过剩确实给社会经济生活带来许多负面效应,但还未形成全面的或普遍的生产过剩,进而导致经济危机的可能性还是较小的。本文主要拓展了生产过剩与产能过剩的概念,在正确理解产能过剩的基础上,提出治理当前产能过剩的长效机制。
Overproduction can be divided into local overproduction and widespread overproduction. Overcapacity is a completely different concept of overproduction and usually occurs in a particular type of commodity or in certain industries, but they are inherently oversupplied category. Overcapacity in some industries in China has indeed brought many negative effects to the socio-economic life but has not yet formed a comprehensive or pervasive overcapacity and the possibility of causing an economic crisis is still relatively small. This paper mainly expands the concept of overproduction and overcapacity. Based on the correct understanding of overcapacity, this paper proposes a long-term mechanism to govern the current overcapacity.
