助学代款是我国实践全民受教育的基本国策的一种重要资助形式。现阶段我国对技能型人才的旺盛需求促进了职业技术教育的飞速发展,但在发展的同时,也渐显了国家助学贷款工作中存在的不足,严重影响了政府提出的“进一步落实国家助学贷款政策,使贫困家庭的学生能够上得起大学、接受职业教育”政策的推行。本文对高职院校助学贷款工作的现状做了科学的分析,为完善助学贷款工作提供理论依据。
Aid for students is an important form of subsidy for our country’s basic national policy of practicing universal education. At this stage, the strong demand for skilled personnel in our country has promoted the rapid development of vocational and technical education. However, at the same time of development, the deficiencies in the work of state student loans have also been underscored. This has seriously affected the government’s “further implementation of the national Student loan policy so that students from poor families can afford to go to college and receive vocational education ”policy. This article makes a scientific analysis of the status quo of student loans in higher vocational colleges and provides a theoretical basis for improving student loans.
