使用铝锂合金板(AL1420)和镀锌钢板(Q215)制备了自冲铆接头。通过对比试验获得了不同组合形式的接头最优铆接参数。通过拉伸-剪切试验研究了接头的静失效载荷及其能量吸收性能,对接头的失效形式及其宏观失效机理进行了分析。结果表明:钢铝合金不同组合形式的自冲铆接接头均能获得良好的成形性。AL1420-AL1420接头静失效载荷最大;Q215-AL1420接头失效位移最大,其缓冲吸震性能最优。钢铝合金组合接头的失效形式均为下板与铆钉分离;且下板材质对接头的综合性能影响较大。
Self-piercing rivets were made using an aluminum lithium alloy plate (AL1420) and a galvanized steel plate (Q215). Through the contrast test, the optimal riveting parameters of different combinations are obtained. The static failure load and energy absorption of the joint were studied by tensile-shear test. The failure modes of the joint and the macroscopic failure mechanism were analyzed. The results show that good formability can be obtained by self-piercing riveted joints of different combinations of steel and aluminum alloy. The static load of AL1420-AL1420 joint is the largest; the failure displacement of Q215-AL1420 joint is the largest, and its shock absorption performance is the best. The failure modes of the steel-aluminum alloy joint are the separation of the lower plate and the rivet; and the material of the lower plate has a greater influence on the overall performance of the joint.
