结果:慢性肾衰组血浆及尿ET显著高于健康人(P< 0.01),其中CRⅠ期血、尿NO 与健康人无显著差异(P> 0.05)而CRF期尿NO 低于健康人(P< 0.05),血浆及尿ET 与SCr及MAP均显著正相关(P< 0.05)、NO与SCr及MAP均呈显著负相关(P< 0.01)。结论:慢性肾衰时体内ET增高、NO 合成减少,且与肾功能及血压密切相关,说明ET及NO 在慢性肾衰的进展中可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma and urinary endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and its relationship with renal function and blood pressure in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: Radioimmunoassay and colorimetry were used to determine the levels of ET-1 and NO in plasma and urine, and their relationship with serum creatinine (SCr) and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Results: Plasma and urinary ET levels in patients with chronic renal failure were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum NO and NO levels between CR and healthy subjects (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between plasma ET and ET and SCr and MAP (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between NO and SCr and MAP (P <0.01). Conclusion: In chronic renal failure, ET increased, NO synthesis decreased, and renal function and blood pressure are closely related, indicating that ET and NO may play an important role in the progression of chronic renal failure.
