负债经营是一把双刃剑，运用得好，能使企业迅速筹集所需资金，降低经营成本，减少税负支出，获得财务杠杆利益等等；运用得不好，则会给企业带来灭顶之灾。因此，债务风险管理已经列入企业管理的重要范畴，并贯穿与资金运动始终的经营活动过程中。本文从企业实践中探讨债务风险管理的艺术。
