以我国中关村科技园区内十大高新技术产业科技活动要素为研究对象,结合行业的特点,提出了相应投入产出指标,以2006~2010年的统计数据为样本,得到基于DEA模型的动态Malmquist指数,考察了十大产业技术效率的增长来源与差异。之后,利用Tobit分析计量方法考察了企业数目、产业资本、产业绩效、人力资本、市场开放度对各效率的影响效应。实证结果表明立足管理改善是提升高技术产业整体运行效率的着眼点,另外提升各行业效率应有所侧重。
Based on the ten science and technology activities of high-tech industry in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park of our country as the research object and the characteristics of the industry, we put forward the corresponding input-output indicators. Taking the statistical data from 2006 to 2010 as samples, we get the dynamic Malmquist index , Examines the sources and differences in the growth of technical efficiency in the top ten industries. After that, Tobit analysis method was used to examine the effect of the number of enterprises, industrial capital, industrial performance, human capital and market openness on each efficiency. The empirical results show that based on management improvement is the focus of improving the overall operation efficiency of high-tech industries, in addition to enhance the efficiency of various industries should be emphatically focused.
