9月26日,一场31年不遇的台风“达维”横扫海南,夺去21条生命,造成的直接经济损失高达116.46亿元,给海南人民造成了巨大灾难。此次“达维”肆虐,从正面考验了海南电信业面对特大自然灾害的应急能力,也为我们再次引出了应急通信的话题。凡事预则立,不预则废“。达维”是一面镜子,既反映出海南省电信行业应对特大自然灾害的能力,也照出了在防风救灾中存在的一些不足。从灾难中反思,进一步提高通信行业抵御严重的灾害事件能力,对海南省乃至全国通信行业来说刻不容缓。
