Felbamate是一种新型抗惊厥药,应答于细胞N-甲 基-D-天门氨酸(NMDA)受体的甘氨酸部位。已经证明该药有神经元保护作用,能选择性的降低鼠和幼犬缺血模型中海马颗料细胞的延迟性坏死。本研究目的是探讨Felbamate对沙土鼠全脑缺血模型中的神经元是否也具有保护作用。
Felbamate is a novel anticonvulsant that responds to the glycine site of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor in cells. It has been shown that the drug has neuroprotective effects and can selectively delay the delayed necrosis of hippocampal granulosa cells in the ischemic model of the mouse and puppy. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Felbamate also protects neurons in gerbils’ global cerebral ischemia model.
