2013年10月1日,我国首部《旅游法》正式实施。这是中国旅游业发展史上的里程碑,标志着中国旅游业进入了全面依法兴旅、依法治旅的新阶段。这部对当前旅游市场“潜规则”刀刀见血的法规,既倡导和推进国人文明出游,又保障了旅游者和旅游经营者合法权益,规范旅游市场秩序,也让旅游从业者考量着如何在洗牌中生存下来,让中国旅游业真正形成优胜劣汰的市场机制。这部法律的实施,无疑将给中国的旅游业带来一个全新的开始。
