随着国有企业改革的进行,薪酬作为人力资源管理的一个重要方面,是国有企业改革的一个重要方面。本文通过对薪酬概念的分析,结合国企当前薪酬存在的情况,明确提出国企薪酬面临的问题和亟待解决的薪酬制度,并且提出了相应的改革对策,激发广大员工的工作积极性。
With the reform of state-owned enterprises, pay as an important aspect of human resources management is an important aspect of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Based on the analysis of salary concept and the current situation of SOEs’ remuneration, this paper clearly points out the problems faced by state-owned enterprises in remuneration and the remuneration system to be solved urgently, and puts forward corresponding reform measures to inspire the enthusiasm of employees.
