为了提高中学生学语文的积极性,采用“三步七程”教学法,充分发挥了学生的主体作用,使学生在每节课的“螺旋式”程序的引导下,既学到了知识,又锻炼了能力。 “三步”指教学中的读、练、讲三个基本环节。读——在教学目标的指导下读学课本;练——练习,包括课前练习,基层目标练习,高层目标练习、效果检测;讲——教师的启发、点拨、讲评、小结及学生的互相评议。 “七程”指每一节课中的七个教学程序,既导→读→练→辅→讲→结→馈。 一、在几年的教学实践中,这种教学方法的优势在于: (一)很好地处理了“主体”与“主导”的关系 以练习为主线,将教师的导、学生的学,即双基活动融化于练习之中,一改以往满堂“灌”的缺点,每节课利用25分钟以上的时间自学与练习,使学生在充裕的读书、动脑、动手、动口的活动中,获取知识,增长能力。 值得强调指出的是:教师要精心设计练习,激发学生的学习兴趣,启发学生动脑,活跃思维,自学课文,及时反馈、辅导、评议、小结,切不可忽视教师的“主导”作用。
