目的:Box-Behnken效应面法优选活血消瘿片中挥发油的包合工艺。方法:以挥发油包合率为评价指标,采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken效应面法,考察了饱和水溶液法、超声法、β-环糊精-挥发油、包合时间、包合温度对包合工艺的影响。结果:优选出活血消瘿片中挥发油的最佳包合工艺为:采用饱和水溶液法,挥发油-β-环糊精为1∶6.8,包合时间2.2h,包合温度47℃。挥发油的包合率为82.11%。结论:Box-Behnken试验设计法用于活血消瘿片中挥发油的包合工艺的优选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与实验观察值相符。
OBJECTIVE: The Box-Behnken effect surface method for the inclusion of volatile oil in Huoxuaxiao tablets. Methods: The inclusion rate of volatile oil was used as the evaluation index. The effects of saturated aqueous solution, ultrasonic method, β-cyclodextrin-volatile oil, inclusion time and inclusion temperature on inclusion were investigated by single factor experiment combined with Box-Behnken effect surface method The impact of technology. Results: The optimum inclusion process of volatile oil in Huoxuxuxiao Tablets was as follows: the saturated oil solution method was used, the volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin was 1: 6.8, the inclusion time was 2.2h, the inclusion temperature was 47 ℃. Inclusion rate of volatile oil was 82.11%. Conclusion: The Box-Behnken experimental design method is feasible for the inclusion process of the volatile oil in Huoxue Xiaopian Tablets. The predictive value of the mathematical model is consistent with the experimental observations.
