本周初, 兖州煤业大幅下挫,引发市场关注.周四兖州煤业发布公告称,公司的煤炭资源税征收政策有变。研究员分析认为,资源税上调对公司2004年每股收益影响只有1.30%,影响幅度甚微,应不是公司股价大幅下跌的主要原因。另有传言称,我国将开征能源税,无论能源税由产煤企业或消费方承担,都将对公司的业绩造成不利影响,但该项政策是否实施国内尚未有报道。
