目的 分析对老年慢性心力衰竭患者开展饮食护理干预对其康复的作用。方法 分析对象选择于2019年1月至2020年2月在我院就诊的老年慢性心力衰竭患者88例,以护理方案不同为依据实施分组分析,44例开展传统护理方案的患者纳入对照组,44例开展饮食护理干预方案的患者纳入试验组,对两种护理方案的开展效果(血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平、护理满意度、生活质量和治疗依从性)进行对比和分析。结果 对比对照组开展后血清白蛋白(33.80±3.46)g/L、血清前白蛋白(181.68±24.65)g/L,试验组患者开展后血清“,”Objective To analyze the effect of dietary nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Eighty-eight elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected for analysis. Based on different nursing schemes, group analysis was implemented. 44 patients with traditional nursing schemes were included in the control group and 44 patients with dietary nursing intervention schemes were included in the experimental group. The effects of the two nursing schemes were evaluated. Results The serum albumin (33.80±3.46) g/L and serum prealbumin (181.68±24.65) g/L in the control group and the serum albumin (35.40±3.95) g/L and serum prealbumin (196.48±28.86) g/L in the experimental group were significantly higher, P <0.05; nursing satisfaction in the control group was 77.27%, nursing satisfaction in the experimental group 95.45% was significantly higher, P <0.05; quality of life score in the control group was (39.98±4.45) points, quality of life score in the experimental group (53.40±3.19) points was significantly higher, P <0.05; treatment compliance in the control group was 75.00%, treatment compliance in the experimental group 93.18% was significantly higher, P <0.05. Conclusion The dietary nursing program for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can achieve satisfactory results, which is conducive to the establishment of a good nurse patient relationship.
