目的 探讨心血管内科急性心绞痛临床治疗护理效果?方法 将我院2019年12月至2020年12月40例心血管内科急性心绞痛患者，按照随机法分为两组?常规组给予常规护理，试验组实施综合护理?比较两组护理前后心脏疾病生活质量量表评分?美国纽约心脏病协会分级?心绞痛视觉模拟评分以及满意度?结果 护理后两组心脏疾病生活质量量表评分显著增高，美国纽约心脏病协会分级?心绞痛视觉模拟评分均显著降低，且试验组心脏疾病生活质量量表评分显著高于常规组，美国纽约心脏病协会分级?心绞痛视觉模拟评分显著低于常规组，P<0.05?试验“,”Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of acute angina pectoris in cardiovascular department. Methods Forty patients with acute angina pectoris from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The routine group was given routine nursing， and the experiment group was given comprehensive nursing. The quality of life of heart disease scale score， New York Heart Association classification， angina visual analogue score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing， the scores of quality of life of heart disease scale of the two group was singnificantly increased， New York Heart Association classification and angina visual analogue scale of the two groups were significantly decreased， and the scores of quality of life of heart disease scale of the experiment group were significantly higher than those of conventional group， while the scores of New York Heart Association classification and angina visual analogue scale of the two groups were significantly lower than those of conventional group， P<0.05. The satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of routine group， P<0.05. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with acute angina pectoris in cardiovascular department is exact， which can improve the patients\' heart function and relieve angina pectoris，promote the improvement of patients\' quality of life， and effectively improve patients\' satisfaction.
