长江流域产权交易共同市场作为全国第一个区域性产权交易市场 ,近年来得到迅速地发展 ,为各地的资产重组提供了高效的交易平台 ,它在打破长江经济带条块分割的不利局面和促进各地联动发展的过程中 ,扮演了非常重要的角色。作者认为 ,中国产权交易市场的发展趋势是 :(1)随着产权交易证券化的实现 ,以价值形态交易为主的产权交易市场将取代目前的企业产权交易市场 ;(2 )产权交易市场应定位为企业交易信息平台 ,以更利于产权交易证券化的实现 ;(3 )在逐步培养和发展区域性产权交易市场的基础上 ,构筑一个全国统一的产权交易市场 ;(4 )我国产权交易市场中买方主体及产权交易中介机构必须不断加强自身诸能力培养 ,以迎接将来可能出现的海外投资者的强烈挑战。
