目的验证 β 羟基异戊酰基紫草素对体外培养的肿瘤细胞的生长抑制作用。 方法XTT比色法。结果低浓度的 β 羟基异戊酰基紫草素抑制人类白血病细胞K5 6 2和U937的生长 ,半数抑制浓度分别是 0 12 μmol/L和 0 14 μmol/L。在较高剂量下 ,β 羟基异戊酰基紫草素抑制酪氨酸激酶高表达细胞系大鼠SR 3Y1和KDR/Flk 1 NIH3T3细胞以及人类表皮细胞癌细胞A4 31的生长。其半数抑制浓度分别是 1 2 μmol/L、2 5 μmol/L、11 0 μmol/L。结论 β 羟基异戊酰基紫草素对多种肿瘤细胞的生长均有抑制作用
Objective To verify the inhibitory effect of β-hydroxyisovaleryl shikonin on the growth of tumor cells cultured in vitro. Method XTT colorimetric method. Results Low concentration of β-hydroxyisovaleryl shikonin inhibited the growth of human leukemia cells K5 6 2 and U937 at a concentration of 0 12 μmol / L and 0 14 μmol / L, respectively. At higher doses, β-hydroxyisovaleryl shikonin inhibited the growth of tyrosine kinase highly expressed rat rat SR 3Y1 and KDR / Flk 1 NIH3T3 cells and human epidermal cell A431. The half inhibitory concentrations were 12 μmol / L, 25 μmol / L and 110 μmol / L, respectively. Conclusion β-Hydroxyisovaleryl shikonin can inhibit the growth of various tumor cells
