利用理论分析和实验模拟的方法研究了超声脉冲反射技术测量井下套管厚度的方法。研究结果表明 ,垂直入射固体板并被反射的超声脉冲波的频谱在该板的共振频率取得极小值时出现谱陷 ,利用谱陷频率可以比较准确地评价固体板的厚度。对于厚度范围为 4~ 10 mm的套管 ,所用换能器的工作频率范围应为 2 70~ 710 k Hz。
The method of ultrasonic pulse reflection technique to measure the thickness of casing in the well is studied by means of theoretical analysis and experimental simulation. The results show that the frequency spectrum of the ultrasonic pulse wave which is vertically incident on the solid plate is reflected when the resonant frequency of the plate reaches a minimum, and the spectral trap frequency can be used to evaluate the thickness of the solid plate accurately. For bushings with a thickness in the range of 4 to 10 mm, the transducers used should have a frequency range of 2 70 to 710 k Hz.
