The optimization of the material performance parameters and the structural parameters of the giant magnetoresistance heads of the spin valve are the key to the practical application of micromagnetic devices. Based on the established physical calculation model, the distribution of signal field and magnetization in the ferromagnetic free layer was first calculated by using the transmission line method and the micro-magnetism theory, and the material performance parameters were optimized. Secondly, the influence of the magnetic head structure and magnetic parameters on the signal field and saturation magnetic flux density
