由郎咸平教授对若干企业的质疑,已经激发了一场全国性的学术大争论,是件大好事。他的振臂一呼捅破了一层窗户纸,把国有企业改革和中国经济未来模式的问题曝光于天日之下。不过,郎教授是一个发现问题的高手,却很不善于正确理解和解决问题。其中吴敬琏、张维迎、许小年等许多知名学者对郎教授的基本观点进行了否定。当然,问题的焦点不在于否定郎教授本人,而在于他提出的两个核心议题:第一,国有企业还要不要发展,怎样发展?第二,国有企业可不可以把所有权转让给私人,谁有权进行转让,怎样避免转让中的不公正现象?
Professor Lang's questioning of a number of enterprises has inspired a nationwide academic debate and is a great undertaking. His arm pierced a layer of window paper and exposed the issue of state-owned enterprise reform and the future pattern of China's economy. However, Professor Lang is a master who found the problem, but he was not good at understanding and solving the problem correctly. Among them, many well-known scholars such as Wu Jinglian, Zhang Weiying and Xu Xiaonian denied Professor Lang's basic point of view. Of course, the focus of the issue is not to deny Professor Lang himself but his two core issues: First, whether state-owned enterprises need to develop or how to develop? Second, can state-owned enterprises transfer their ownership to private individuals and who Right to transfer, how to avoid the transfer of unfair?
