引入了求解非线性微分方程的 Taylor变换法 ,将振动系统原分析模型变换为离散域内的代数方程组 ,建立了估计系统质量、阻尼和刚度矩阵的方程。该方法可以利用任意外载激励下的瞬态响应估计系统的结构参数 ,而不需要进行系统的模态试验 ,具有一定的工程应用价值。文中还研究了测试信号受噪声干扰时的参数估计方法 ,最后给出了 30 0 T转炉倾动机构的参数估计实例。
The Taylor transform method is introduced to solve the nonlinear differential equation. The original analytical model of the vibration system is transformed into the algebraic equations in the discrete domain. The equations for estimating the mass, damping and stiffness matrix of the system are established. The method can estimate the structural parameters of the system by using the transient response under any external load excitation without the need of systematic modal testing, and has certain engineering application value. The method of parameter estimation when the test signal is disturbed by noise is also studied in this paper. Finally, an example of parameter estimation of 30 0 T converter tilting mechanism is given.
