稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效分析

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将收治的心律失常患者128例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组64例,研究组给予口服稳心颗粒9g/次,3次/天,美托洛尔12.5mg/次,2次/天;对照组给予口服美托洛尔12.5mg/次,2次/天,疗程均为4周,所有患者治疗前后均行心电图及24h动态心电图检查。结果:治疗4周后研究组总有效率为92.2%,对照组总有效率为71.9%,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组24h动态心电图时域指标比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗4周后两组时域指标均有所升高,研究组正常窦性心搏间期标准差(SDNN)、窦性心搏间期平均标准差(SDANN),全程每5minRR剑气标准差(SDNN-index)较对照组升高更为显著,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常疗效较好,可以明显改善患者心律失常及心律变异性,不良反应较少。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The study group was given oral Wenxin Granule 9g / time, 3 times / day, metoprolol 12.5mg / time, Times a day; the control group was given metoprolol 12.5mg / time, 2 times / day, the course of treatment was 4 weeks, all patients underwent electrocardiogram and 24h Holter examination before and after treatment. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 92.2% in the study group and 71.9% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) time domain before treatment between the two groups (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, both time domain indexes were increased in both groups.
