为了探讨多效唑在小麦上的应用效果,我们于1990~1992年度连续作了两年试验,主要对其拌种、叶面喷洒(不同时期、不同剂量)进行了试验,两年结果趋于一致。多效唑拌种表明,低浓度促进植株生长,株高略增加,高浓度则有降低株高的作用。拌种能增加分蘖成穗率,增加结实性和千粒重,因此能明显增产。多效唑叶面喷洒,起身至拔节期,每亩30~50克商品量,表现为促进分蘖成穗,降低株商,缩短基部节间长度,增加结实性,提高千粒重,抗倒、抗病能力加强,表现为增产。
